2009/2010 Mission Trip- Revival in Togo, West Africa
On November 16th, 2009, Brother Mark departed for Togo, West Africa. LEM hosted a four-day revival and met with church leaders. The Holy Spirit reigned during each night of the revival; there were over 40 people who surrendered their hearts to the service of the Lord as they were led by the Holy Spirit. One of the highlights was a public confession by one of the leaders that the Holy Ghost stirred him to return to his wife. LEM also conducted a radio ministry. Brother Mark was able to preach to thousands of people in this way. Many of our listeners were Islamic people who are seeking to know the true and living God. They are hungry for the compassionate love of Jesus Christ. During this trip, efforts were made to search for and purchase a dump truck and a diesel pick-up for LEM, which was unsuccessful in the end.
